Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation of physical function and developmental disorders.
Oversee a comprehensive rehabilitation program addressing physical, psychosocial, and environmental well-being.
Promote patient/caregiver self-determination and optimize resource utilization.
Coordinate with various disciplines involved in patient care.
Advocate for patients and coordinate discharge goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
NM License of Physical Therapy
BLS required at time of hire
