Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with trip planning and information
Schedule rides using computerized systems
Maintain accurate trip booking records
Respond to calls, emails, and chats professionally
Troubleshoot issues for first call resolution
Adhere to call center scripts and compliance standards
Meet performance metrics for call handling and satisfaction
Ensure equal access and support for all callers
Participate in training and team meetings
Follow ADA regulations for trip bookings
Maintain confidentiality of rider information
Collaborate with dispatchers and supervisors
Required Qualifications
At least 21 years old
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Understanding of Marin Access Transportation programs
Knowledge of ADA requirements
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
