Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with trip planning and information
  • Schedule rides using computerized systems
  • Maintain accurate trip booking records
  • Respond to calls, emails, and chats professionally
  • Troubleshoot issues for first call resolution
  • Adhere to call center scripts and compliance standards
  • Meet performance metrics for call handling and satisfaction
  • Ensure equal access and support for all callers
  • Participate in training and team meetings
  • Follow ADA regulations for trip bookings
  • Maintain confidentiality of rider information
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and supervisors

Required Qualifications

  • At least 21 years old
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Understanding of Marin Access Transportation programs
  • Knowledge of ADA requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
