HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Aiken, South Carolina.

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift Schedule: Shift: 3x12 Hour Night Shifts
Weekly Breakdown:
Weekly Gross: $2,110.00 Per Week
On W2(Taxable): $864.00 Per Week
Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,246.00 Per Week
Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Med/Surg Travel RNs to join the nursing team at Aiken Regional Medical Center. This role is designed for compassionate and skilled professionals who are capable of providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Nurses will work primarily night shifts and will be responsible for assessment, care planning, and direct patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, competent, and compassionate nursing care to Med/Surg patients.
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop appropriate plans of care.
Accurately document patient status, care, and progress in accordance with hospital policies.
Utilize clinical knowledge to provide age-appropriate care across the lifespan.
Recognize and respond appropriately to patient conditions requiring immediate intervention.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Adhere to hospital protocols, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Licensure: Current and active RN license in South Carolina or compact state.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience.
Education: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved nursing program.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required
NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale Certification) – Required
CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) – NCI with Advanced Physical Skills Training – Required
