Job Description
As an End-to-End Member Experience Specialist, you'll lead the development of a comprehensive member experience strategy, utilizing insights from data to optimize healthcare interactions. Collaborating with various teams, you'll enhance member satisfaction and drive performance metrics like NPS.
Key Responsibilities
Drive MX strategy by generating insights to refine the MX roadmap
Synthesize complex data into recommendations for leadership
Support Voice of the Customer programs
Derive insights from data to enhance customer experience
Identify business opportunities for transformational change
Own reporting and share insights with internal teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 7 years of relevant experience in Member or Customer Experience
Experience with Voice-of-Customer programs
Ability to analyze ambiguous feedback
Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer experience program reporting and design
