Job Description

As an End-to-End Member Experience Specialist, you'll lead the development of a comprehensive member experience strategy, utilizing insights from data to optimize healthcare interactions. Collaborating with various teams, you'll enhance member satisfaction and drive performance metrics like NPS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive MX strategy by generating insights to refine the MX roadmap
  • Synthesize complex data into recommendations for leadership
  • Support Voice of the Customer programs
  • Derive insights from data to enhance customer experience
  • Identify business opportunities for transformational change
  • Own reporting and share insights with internal teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in Member or Customer Experience
  • Experience with Voice-of-Customer programs
  • Ability to analyze ambiguous feedback
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer experience program reporting and design
  • Experience managing customer experience improvement projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strategic thinking abilities
