Position Summary
UnityPoint Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced NICU RN to join the team at Blank Children’s Hospital. This role involves caring for critically ill neonates in a 42-bed NICU unit. Nurses may float to general pediatrics and PICU based on facility needs.
Key Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
- First-time travelers accepted
- Certifications:
- Required: BLS (AHA), NRP
- Dependent and Child Abuse certifications (can be obtained during onboarding)
- Licensure:
- Iowa RN license or Compact license
- EMR: Epic
- Travel Experience: Not required

- Patient Ratio: 1:2 or 1:3
