Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Social Worker, where you'll provide essential clinical interventions to support adults with serious mental illness in achieving their recovery goals. Work collaboratively within a therapeutic team to deliver culturally competent services, ensuring clients receive the care and support they need to thrive in their community.
Key Responsibilities
Carries a caseload of residents and provides services within program regulations
Completes client assessments and evaluates clients' functioning
Practices person-centered and collaborative service planning
Provides individual and family counseling
Makes referrals and coordinates services for clients
Participates in weekly case conferences and staff meetings
Completes regular documentation of resident interactions
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
LMSW or LCSW certification preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience in Human Services preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
