Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide and make a meaningful impact on K–12 special education students. Support classroom teachers, assist students with academic and behavioral needs, and gain invaluable experience in a rewarding educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist classroom teachers in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Work with students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide support in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance student engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher OR passing score on Paraeducator or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
