Key Responsibilities
Respond to questions and concerns from developers regarding submitted apps
Connect with developers via email/chat to resolve inquiries
De-escalate issues and simplify complex problems
Proofread and review documents for publication
Maintain and curate data
Multitask and make complex decisions
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or 2 years relevant work experience
Experience in written communication
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Google Developer Platforms (Play Store, Chrome Web Store, etc.)
Experience with Google Suite
Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology (APIs, APK, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Must be over 18 years of age
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Ability to type 25 wpm
