Key Responsibilities
Greet and register guests
Inspect grounds, public areas, and guest rooms for cleanliness

Monitor staff performance and guest satisfaction
Coordinate front-office and back-office activities
Required Qualifications
2+ years stable management experience in Hotel or Motel Management
Passion for recruiting, selecting, and developing team members
Exceptional customer satisfaction skills
Understanding of facilities management and maintenance
Experience in building relationships with leadership and support partners
Computer proficiency (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel)
