Job Description
Join KinderCare Education as a Site Director to inspire children and educators in a nurturing environment. Lead a passionate team, create engaging educational experiences, and foster strong relationships with families and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure site operates effectively and maintains standards
Partner with parents for children's care and education
Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, and school leaders
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple situations effectively
Meet state specific guidelines for the role
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Read, write, understand, and speak English
