Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to resolve production issues
Debug complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems
Manage engineering projects while maintaining work-life balance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 2 years of prior Engineering experience
Experience in RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis
Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action investigations
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
U.S. citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
Experience performing electrical engineering design of CCA, EO, RF, Seeker/Sensor, or electronic subsystem
Experience with tools like Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, MATLAB
Familiarity with missile communication transceivers, IMU, and GPS receiver subsystems
Experience in subsystems integration and test, technical writing, and formal presentation
Self-starter capable of working independently and in a team
