Overview:The Progressive Care team at Rust is looking to hire a Charge Nurse for their unit. Charge RN will work dnder the direction of the Nursing Director, works with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as a part of the management/leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s). May provide direct patient care
Summary:
The Surgical Specialty Unit is hiring an RN for their 16-bed surgical Progressive Care Unit. This unit manages post-op surgical adult patients who require post-operative care. Our specialty services include general, urology, gynecology, gynecology/oncology, GI, podiatry, and ENT, just to name a few. Our unit features large private rooms each with standard lift equipment and bedside computers that allow physicians and nurses instant access to medical records at bedside . Collaboration, teamwork and attentiveness to the needs of each patient are key components to the excellent care provided to our patient populations at Rust Medical Center .
