Key Responsibilities
Providing rehabilitative services to patients
Helping patients with exercises and activities to improve strength, balance, and mobility
Observing and documenting patients' progress
Instructing patients and family members on proper techniques for exercises and equipment use
Communicating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Maintaining clean and organized treatment areas
Adhering to all healthcare and safety standards
Required Qualifications
Active state licensure as a Licensed Occupational Therapist
Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, principles, and practices
Physical stamina to assist patients with mobility
Preferred Qualifications
