Job Description
Join Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) as a Housekeeper, where you will maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. Your commitment to excellence will enhance the experiences of residents and the community we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines
Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
Follow infection control and universal precautions policies
Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and guests
Perform all other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Positive attitude and effective communication skills
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
Ability to work around cleaning products
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Residency within the service area
Preferred Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience
