Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate knowledge of coffee, cold beverage, and pastry stations
Maintain work area and equipment according to Health Department standards
Provide exceptional customer experiences following Starbucks service steps
Educate and serve customers food and beverage products
Open and/or close area following checklists
Maintain stock levels and product presentations
Produce and present freshly prepared products
Follow merchandising and signing standards
Maintain personal hygiene and professional dress code
Foster an environment of acceptance and respect
Perform other duties as needed
Required Qualifications
No Education or Experience Required
1-2 years related experience
Ability to read and interpret instructional documents
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
