Perform consultation/exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports) Take and review X-rays/CLA scans Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans Patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment plan options, and lifestyle modifications Provide Chiropractic Care adjustments and various therapies Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) Work cooperatively with other docs and support staff for comprehensive patient care Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Active Chiropractic license in IL Interest in working with patients of all ages Willingness to be trained Bonus Compensation PTO Health Insurance stipend Malpractice insurance paid by employer Professional advancement and training
