Join Optum as a Provider Relations Specialist and play a vital role in supporting medical and dental providers by facilitating financing for patients in need. You'll enhance provider relationships through exceptional customer service, training, and problem-solving, all while contributing to better health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calls/emails to promote Proceed Finance and enhance borrower/provider relationships
Confirm and clarify customers’ needs, explain possible solutions or recommendations
Handle customer service complaints through active listening and effective problem-solving
Utilize software and databases to research customer inquiries
Develop strong relationships with clients through timely communication
Assemble marketing kits and assist in daily mailing
Document all contacts to ensure accurate records
Review documentation to ensure accuracy and security
Oversee loan application process using technology and communication
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of experience in a customer service or provider support role
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS programs including Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish
Entrepreneurial mindset
Knowledge of the financial services industry
