Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
Run the register and assist customers
Coach and motivate team members
Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team
Act as manager when the Store Manager is off
Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising
Maintain a clean store
Create and manage team schedules
Perform daily cash handling and oversee store financials
Provide feedback and leadership
