Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial efficiency and provide insightful reporting that supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Worksite financial programs including expense budget management and financial reporting
  • Lead annual budget planning and collaborate with functional leaders
  • Provide monthly and quarterly budget to actual reports
  • Establish staffing measurement processes
  • Deliver management reports for business evaluation
  • Set annual reporting calendar
  • Ensure consistent information cascading
  • Lead Incentive Compensation Program
  • Evaluate competition programs
  • Automate and improve processes

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of industry experience in financial analysis, expense budget management, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of industry experience in financial analysis and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Demonstrates initiative and sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables
  • Disciplined approach to strategic initiatives and projects
  • Ability to analyze and convey complex information
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of financial acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
