Manage Worksite financial programs including expense budget management and financial reporting
Lead annual budget planning and collaborate with functional leaders
Provide monthly and quarterly budget to actual reports
Establish staffing measurement processes
Deliver management reports for business evaluation
Set annual reporting calendar
Ensure consistent information cascading
Lead Incentive Compensation Program
Evaluate competition programs
Automate and improve processes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of industry experience in financial analysis, expense budget management, and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of industry experience in financial analysis and reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Demonstrates initiative and sense of urgency
Ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables
Disciplined approach to strategic initiatives and projects
Ability to analyze and convey complex information
