Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Manage patient care activities and assigned staff
Supervise admissions and conduct patient needs assessments
Evaluate and document patient progress
Facilitate planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing programs
Assist in policy and procedure development
Serve as a liaison between the manager, staff, and other areas
Provide hands-on nursing support and coaching for staff
Required Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Connecticut Department of Public Health
BSN Required
Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
