Key Responsibilities
Deliver outpatient individual and family therapy
Conduct culturally responsive assessments
Create and maintain treatment and crisis plans
Participate in clinical case consultations
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Required Qualifications
Active LCSW, LCSW-C, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist in Virginia or Maryland
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
