Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of store operations and performance
Lead a team of 8-15 employees
Be available for all shifts including evenings and weekends
Perform all duties of store employees
Coach team members for excellent service
Recruit, hire, and train new team members
Manage inventory, vendor orders, and deliveries
Handle banking and cash deposits
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
Control expenses and achieve sales goals
Execute company programs and marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
Open availability for any shift
Valid driver's license
Access to a personal vehicle and proof of insurance
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Minimum age requirement: 18 or 21+ depending on the state
