Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Special Education Paraprofessional to support K–12 students with special needs. Gain valuable experience while working closely with teachers to help students achieve their IEP goals in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the classroom teacher
Working with small groups of students to reinforce instructed material
Compiling classroom communications
Maintaining a conducive and safe learning environment
Utilizing varied learning methods to enhance student experiences
Supporting personal care or hygiene as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
US Work Authorization
Professional proficiency in English
Experience supporting individuals with special educational needs
