• 7am - 4:30pm with rotating call -- 1 in 3.5 nights
• Weekend call once per month plus holiday coverage
• 3 - 4 inpatients daily with 1 - 2 discharges
• 4 - 5 outpatient medication evaluations in afternoon rotation
• Call volume: 7 - 8 patients weekdays, up to 18 on weekends
• Three other providers share call rotation
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
