Key Responsibilities

  • Overall leadership and management of the facility
  • Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
  • Coordinate financial and operational stability
  • Manage resident services and communication
  • Oversee infection prevention and control activities
  • Lead Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs
  • Ensure documentation and reporting compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
  • Ability to be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice
