Job Description
Join Good Samaritan as a Nursing Home Administrator, where you will lead a dedicated team in a not-for-profit organization focused on quality care for seniors. You will manage all aspects of operations, ensuring compliance and enhancing the lives of residents in a supportive community environment.
Key Responsibilities
Overall leadership and management of the facility
Ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
Coordinate financial and operational stability
Manage resident services and communication
Oversee infection prevention and control activities
Lead Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs
Ensure documentation and reporting compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
Ability to be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice
