This role works in collaboration with a team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. Responsibilities * Offer *one-on-one support *to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by science-backed, naturalistic therapeutic methods * *Implement intervention plans *crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy * Team up with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care Qualifications * Previous experience with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Computer and tablet literacy * Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center. Punctuality is essential * Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client * Preference for college graduates or people pursuing a college degree What We Offer * $21.00 - $28.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. The initial offer hourly pay will be between $21.00 - $22.50.
