Key Responsibilities

  • Satisfy patients, staff, or callers while maintaining the image of HCMC
  • Provide patients with information on physicians, directions, and required pre-testing
  • Gather and enter necessary data into the computer system to register and admit patients

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in medical office, hospital, medical call center, or similar customer service environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to think quickly and problem solve
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must type at least 35 wpm

Preferred Qualifications

  • EPIC experience
  • Knowledge of health insurance concepts
