Key Responsibilities
Satisfy patients, staff, or callers while maintaining the image of HCMC
Provide patients with information on physicians, directions, and required pre-testing
Gather and enter necessary data into the computer system to register and admit patients
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in medical office, hospital, medical call center, or similar customer service environment
High school diploma or GED
Ability to think quickly and problem solve
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must type at least 35 wpm
Preferred Qualifications
EPIC experience
Knowledge of health insurance concepts
