Key Responsibilities
Dispense spectacles and optical products according to prescriptions
Assist patients with lens and frame selection
Ensure accurate order data entry and order filing
Provide excellent member service in person and over the phone
Educate patients on available products and benefits
Support Optical Manager with opening and closing procedures
Required Qualifications
Licensed to work as an optician within the State
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of optical products and business practices
High school diploma or college degree
Big box wholesale, retail, and/or optical experience
