Key Responsibilities
Support the clinical quality assurance department and the Vice President of Nursing
Set up multiple meetings, manage calendars, and field phone lines
Provide administrative support for various organizational programs
Assist with managing BLS/ACLS certification program
Participate in quality and safety initiatives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1+ years of experience in an administrative executive role
Advanced level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to travel 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with an electronic health record (EPIC)
Knowledge of Medical terms
Knowledge of insurance carriers and managed care plans
