Job Description
Join Quill, a leader in office supplies, as a Customer Sales Account Manager. In this remote role, you will drive revenue growth in the Philadelphia area, build strategies, and engage with customers to present tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
Build territory penetration strategy
Qualify prospects based on customer size, spend and potential
Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
Attend conferences and events to win new customers
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
Ensure smooth transition to the account management team
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek constant improvement and apply coaching
Positively impact culture and team dynamics
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel.
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
