Key Responsibilities
Assist physicians and healthcare staff in diagnostic and interventional procedures
Ensure patient preparation, education, and support during procedures
Monitor and circulate during procedures
Supervise and delegate tasks to team members
Report safety issues and collaborate with patient care providers
Individualize patient care plans
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of critical care experience
Telemetry experience
Strong critical thinking/assessment skills
I.V. certified from an approved facility or completion of requirements for I.V. certification within 90 days of hire
Completion of all Orientation requirements of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center
Successful completion of all Orientation Programs
Current and active New Jersey RN licensure
Baccalaureate Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing
American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) upon hire
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) upon hire
