Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.
COVID Vaccination Required.
BLS and ACLS required.
Compact or WI License required.
2+ years of experience required.
Recent Travel experience required.
Every 3rd Weekend
Every other Holiday required.
Required to float to sister facilities within a 40 mile radius.
Required to float to areas of competency.
Unit Information: 1:4 pt ratio. COVID patients, drips, afib, and avr.
Any solid color scrubs.
