Care Setting: Acute Care – Level 1 Trauma Facility
Shift: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM & 7:00 PM–7:00 AM | Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Float: May float to Med/Surg and Telemetry units as needed

HumanEdge Health is actively seeking an experienced Progressive Care RN for a 13-week assignment in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-acuity environment while gaining diverse patient care experience.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Active MA RN license

• Certifications: BLS (AHA) – Required

• Experience:

  • 3–5 years of inpatient experience in PCU, Med/Surg, and Telemetry (minimum 2 years must be PCU/MS/Tele in a Level 1 Trauma Facility)

  • Proficiency managing vasoactive drips and titrating pressors

  • Experience with telemetry monitoring, high-flow oxygen, and BiPAP

  • Previous travel RN experience strongly preferred

• Education: ASN or higher
