Join Constellation Energy as a Reactor Supervisor, where you'll lead the operations of our Nuclear Power Generating Station while preparing for your Senior Reactor Operator License. This role combines hands-on training with leadership responsibilities, contributing to a cleaner energy future.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Nuclear Power Generating Station operations
Direct Reactor Operators and Equipment Operators
Authorize maintenance and testing activities
Implement Emergency Operating procedures
Evaluate and respond to internal and external issues
Create and revise Emergency Operating Procedures
Review design and license changes
Assist in developing refueling sequences
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Pass Plant Operator Selection System (POSS) and Basic Math and Science Test (BMST)
Complete FLS Leadership Assessment
1 year Reactor Operator license at a comparable facility or 1.5 years at a non-comparable facility
1.5 years in a position equivalent to Reactor Operator at military reactor or 1.5 years as a qualified non-licensed operator or supervisor
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or physical sciences
Experience in managerial, staff engineer, or supervisor roles at non-comparable plants
