Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ER Registered Nurse to join our emergency department team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, efficient care to patients in critical and urgent situations, working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the ER
• Triage, assess, and monitor patients' conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in IL
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS certification required
• Minimum [2] years of ER experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
