Job Title: RN – Home Health

Location: Dublin, OH 43016

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Requirements & Qualifications:

Job Details:

• Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed
• Patient Load: Average of 6–7 patients per day
• Territory Coverage: Up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office
• Types of Cases: Primarily geriatric care
• Certifications Required: BLS (American Heart Association)

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience
• OASIS documentation experience required
• EMR experience preferred: HCHB (Homecare Homebase) – online course to be completed prior to assignment

On-Call Requirements:

• Every 4th weekend
• 2–3 weekday after-hours on-call shifts per month

Technology & Equipment:

• iPad provided for documentation
• Cell phone not provided
• Timely communication and documentation required

Dress Code:

• Scrubs (any color)
• Jeans are not permitted

Travel & Compensation:

• Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate

License:

• Active RN license in hand required (Ohio or Compact).
