Job Description
Join KinderCare as a Site Director and lead a team in creating inspiring educational experiences for children. You'll ensure operational excellence while building strong relationships with families and the community, making a positive impact in children's lives every day.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences
Ensure effective operation of the site, maintaining licensing and educational standards
Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families and children
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations
Meet state specific guidelines for the role
Physical ability to use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and engage physically with children
Proficiency in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English
