Key Responsibilities
Manage shop revenue goals and KPIs
Assign repair jobs and manage production flow
Support teammates during peak times
Ensure repairs meet quality standards
Complete shop payroll and staffing in a timely manner
Communicate with team to meet delivery requirements
Write DRP compliant estimates as needed
Manage team acquisition, coaching, and development
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Collision Industry including insurance procedures
Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to lead and work collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Proficient knowledge of estimating software (CCC ONE Total Repair Software)
Proficient with Computers and other technology
Valid driver's license
