Travel MRI Technologist – Radiology

Location: Tucson, AZ
Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: 11/10
Shift: 4x10s – Wed-Thu-Fri 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM, Sat 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Experience Required: 1 year

Position Overview:
Provides timely MRI imaging services to both inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Adjusts imaging parameters for studies of soft tissue, arterial system, brain, spine, joints, and extremities, with or without contrast media.

Requirements:

• MRI experience with GE systems, preferably GE Signa 1.5T

• It is preferred (but not required) that the MRI Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)

• Magnetic Resonance Imaging Registry (MR) through ARRT preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI procedures according to departmental and physician protocols

• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging

• Maintain high-quality imaging and accurate documentation

• Assist Radiologists in obtaining diagnostic images for interpretation
