Key Responsibilities
Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers
Exceed sales quotas for volume and gross margin
Utilize various direct methods to prospect potential customers
Engage prospects in consultative discussions
Make persuasive presentations to senior managers
Create and deliver tailored proposals
Collaborate with Operations staff for seamless customer experience
Maintain customer data in CRM system
Work with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
Provide market insights to sales management
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of consultative/solution based selling experience
B2B sales experience, ideally in the fuel industry
Successful sales track record at the senior management level
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Good driving record
Preferred Qualifications
College degree or equivalent experience in sales
3-5 years of relevant industry sales and/or customer service experience
