The Maintenance Technician II plays a crucial role in supporting the operations team by troubleshooting equipment issues and performing preventive maintenance. This position offers an opportunity to work with industry-leading practices to enhance equipment safety and reliability in a fast-paced food production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support safety policies and procedures - OSHA, NEC, NFPA, USDA, FDA
Perform inspections and preventive/predictive maintenance tasks
Diagnose and repair production and process utility equipment deficiencies
Learn and apply continuous improvement tools and methods
Work and train with OEM technicians during equipment rebuilds and emergency repairs
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
Manage assigned planned work, unplanned failures, and work orders
Log work orders in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Required Qualifications
Three years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
