Job Description

Join The Terraces at Los Altos as an Admissions Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in supporting the health center's admissions process. This temporary, full-time position offers the opportunity to enhance resident satisfaction while working in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support to the admissions program
  • Assist with intake functions and admission contracts
  • Ensure room readiness and conduct tours
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of training and experience in clerical support
  • Computer skills using Microsoft suite
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting
  • Insurance verification experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of clerical experience
  • Experience with desktop publishing software
