Key Responsibilities
Navigate TJR patients through all phases of the care pathway
Provide leadership on performance improvement teams
Ensure quality and cost benchmarks are achieved
Optimize patient, staff, and provider satisfaction with the CoE program
Deliver effective education and manage data/reporting
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited RN program
Washington Registered Nurse License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
2 years recent clinical experience in acute and ambulatory care orthopedics settings
Professional Orthopedic specialty certification (or equivalent) required within 2 years of hire date
Preferred Qualifications
Case management experience
Proven working relationship with physicians, clinic personnel, and medical center staff
Proven leadership and change initiative experience
Experience in education program development and presentation
Current knowledge of alternative payment models
