Job Description
Join Hardee's as a Fast Food Shift Lead and play a crucial role in leading a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities
Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
Train and develop crew under the direction of management
Conduct crew meetings prior to shift
Manage labor costs to meet company standards
Control inventory to meet company GAP standards
Maintain reports and records based on company standards
Ensure all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies are enforced
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
1 year of shift management experience
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Consistent and reliable
Cheerful and Positive attitude
Values teamwork
Loves serving and helping others
Preferred Qualifications
Valid Driver's License
