Key Responsibilities
Train, schedule and supervise assigned staff in treatment plans
Conduct sensory processing evaluations and clinical assessments
Develop and implement educational groups and family education
Ensure person-centered assessment and goal setting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for service coordination
Complete documentation of progress notes and evaluations
Monitor individual progress and maintain treatment records
Order specific treatment supplies and equipment
Provide supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Licensed by State of Michigan MS, OTR/L
Valid driver’s license
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of professional work experience in a clinical setting
