Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration and clinical treatments
• Document patient care provided
• Monitor and communicate patient conditions to care teams
• Assist patients with daily living activities
• Collaborate across disciplines for patient care coordination
• Evaluate learning needs of patients and provide education
• Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being
• Participate in staff meetings and adhere to policies
