Join to apply for the Payroll Manager role at Gana-A'Yoo, Limited Join to apply for the Payroll Manager role at Gana-A'Yoo, Limited PAYROLL MANAGER | GANA-A'YOO, LIMITED Job Title: Payroll Manager Type of Position: Full-Time, Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday Travel Requirements: Minimal travel may be required Gana-A'Yoo, Limited (GYL) is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to take charge of our payroll functions. As the Payroll Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely payment of payroll expenses, taxes, and employee benefits. Supervising our dedicated payroll team and collaborating with professionals from various departments will be key aspects of this position. Supervise and oversee the timely and accurate processing of weekly and bi-weekly payrolls Review time entered by employees for accuracy and compliance with company policy Prepare tax deposits and returns as required for monthly, semi-monthly, quarterly, and annual federal and multi-states Prepare and reconcile payroll liability accounts Review and implement payroll specific requirements of Union CBA's Positive collaboration with HR regarding employee training on timesheets, benefit administration, compliance reporting, and employee profiles. Assist with special projects as needed Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 5+ years' experience processing payroll Experience with Service Contract Act, Davis Bacon, and Union CBA's preferred Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and a data collaboration tool such as SharePoint At GYL, you will contribute to our mission, making a difference in the lives of our Alaska Native shareholders community.
