Key Responsibilities
Diagnosing, assembling, and repairing outdoor small engine products
Customer service interactions
Ordering, receiving, and stocking small engine parts
Assisting customers with warranty claims
Assisting in Service Center as assigned
Assisting in facility maintenance
Maintaining store facility and equipment
Required Qualifications
Able to learn to use Part Smart website for parts
18 years of age or older
Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
Able to work evenings and at least every other weekend
Preferred Qualifications
Prior automotive maintenance experience
Prior customer service experience
Prior retail experience
Excellent communication skills
