Job Description
Join KinderCare Education as a Site Director and inspire children and teachers to learn and grow. Lead a team to create engaging classroom experiences and foster positive relationships with families. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring educational excellence and community support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure site operates effectively and meets safety standards
Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, and community leaders
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
Love for children and a desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple situations effectively
Meet state specific guidelines for the role
Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Proficiency in English
