Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on vehicles
Conduct major and minor repairs with little supervision
Perform road tests to diagnose problems
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Use Penske's tools and technologies for diagnostics and repairs
Participate in technician training and skill development
Required Qualifications
3 years of practical experience with vehicle maintenance
Valid driver's license
Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
Ability to solve problems
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair
Specialized training and experience in diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components
OEM training courses
ASE Certification
608/609 certifications
